What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Mint, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Mint, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Safflower Oil
  • 6 tablespoons Water
  • 4 tablespoons Water
  • 2 teaspoons Raw Honey
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Salad
  • Pea Shoots
  • Avacado
  • Red Pepper
  • Hemp Seeds
Directions
  1. In a blender, mix all dressing ingredients until incorporated. Pour over salad ingredients. Serve and Enjoy! Yum
