What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 300 grams high quality ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1/2 Baguette
  • 1 Avocado
Directions
  1. Mix high quality lean ground beef with some French Dijon Mustard - one large tablespoon for about 300 gr of meat.
  2. Make little burgers, about 5 cm in diameter. Cooked them as you wish.
  3. Cut a baguette in pieces so that the burger will fit. Spread avocado on the bottom side, place the burger and sprinkle with fresh mint. That’s it!
  4. You can add any other toppings you may want such as tomato, or Chile Chipotle, or any other. The mustard in the meat and the mint give it a nice flavor, so actually even plain it is rather good.

I think using a baguette instead of rolls is a great idea.
