a light and fluffy cool salad - perfect for summer...

Serves 4-6

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, in juice, undrained
  • 1 pkg pistachio flavor instant pudding
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip whipped topping
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least for 1 hour before serving.
