Awesome Sauce!!!!! I've been missing my favorite Hot Dog sauce (a copycat recipe of the infamous Nick Tahou's sauce) but decided to take a chance on another recipe. About 45 minutes into cooking, I smoothed it out with an immersion blender. I topped my hotdogs with it and added some shredded cheese. Fabulous!!!

Nicks has cumin. Check out the Chow Hound recipe for a good plate sauce recipe.
