Author Notes:

Fresh lime juice and agave nectar give healthful green tea a little zip. Just like that stuff that comes in bottles--but you can do it yourself in minutes, and skip all the added chemicals. If you are serving more than one, the recipe is easy to multiply.

The Weiser Kitchen

Serves: 1

  • Juice of 3 limes (about 2½ tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 3/4 cup steeped green tea, chilled
  1. Combine the lime juice, agave nectar, and tea, and stir well. Serve over ice.
