Author Notes: Fresh lime juice and agave nectar give healthful green tea a little zip. Just like that stuff that comes in bottles--but you can do it yourself in minutes, and skip all the added chemicals. If you are serving more than one, the recipe is easy to multiply. —The Weiser Kitchen
- Juice of 3 limes (about 2½ tablespoons)
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 3/4 cup steeped green tea, chilled
- Combine the lime juice, agave nectar, and tea, and stir well. Serve over ice.
