Ingredients

Avocados

Large tomato

Lime

Clove of garlic

Small red onion

Jalapeño
Directions

Finely chop the onions, garlic, jalapeño, and tomato and combine with the scooped out avocado in a large mixing bowl.

Mash with a fork or use a potato masher until creamy, add salt and lime juice to taste.

Serve in the shelled out avocado cups with tortilla chips and raw veggies and dip away!
