Author Notes
Who doesn’t love a sweet and minty mojito on a warm summer evening? But a mojito with with craft beer and blueberries? I know. Sounds strange, doesn’t it? But hear me out. Sometimes, you just need to use the ingredients you have on hand and pour in a little creative inspiration. For this bocktail, we did just that. This mojito isn’t overly sweet since the only sugar come from the blueberries, and the mint packs just the right punch against the citrusy hops. We think it’s quite refreshing. Pour a glass for yourself and let us know what you think! —The Wandering Gourmand
