Maple Strawberry Cake

tablespoons vanilla sugar

grams strawberries

tablespoons maple syrup

- In a kitchen machine, combine the butter and sugar. Mix for about 5 minutes until pale and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time.
- Pour the mixture in well greased moulds and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Let them cool completely.
- Whip up the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
- End with the maple strawberries and place the rest of the fresh strawberries around the cake. Enjoy!
