Raspberry Coulis for icecream, cookies, cake layers, or brownies —Lisa saul
Ingredients
- raspberries

2 cups
raspberries
- maple syrup

1/2 cup
pure maple syrup
Directions

Mix raspberries in maple syrup on stovetop. Low to low medium heat until raspberries have relaxed and are falling apart. Let cool. You can either use at this point or puree in food processor.

Sometimes I add a little lemon zest in the end.
