Raspberry Coulis for icecream, cookies, cake layers, or brownies —Lisa saul

  • Makes 1/2 cup
Ingredients
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions
  1. Heat raspberries and maple syrup until the berries relax and fall apart on low medium heat. Let cool and add lemon zest. Use on cookies, cake layers, brownies or dribble on ice-cream.
