Makes: 1/2 cup
cup maple syrup
teaspoon lemon zest

- Heat raspberries and maple syrup until the berries relax and fall apart on low medium heat. Let cool and add lemon zest. Use on cookies, cake layers, brownies or dribble on ice-cream.
