Author Notes

I’m not really sandwich, this is not into my habit. Nevertheless, beautiful sandwiches I see on Pinterest make me salivate and as I had to make a day of driving, I prepared delicious sandwiches. I made based on leftovers and it was not bad at all. —Mary Devinat

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Avocado
  • 8 Slice of Viking Bread (you can find in the bakery in France, it’s a bread with various seeds)
  • Butter (I took only 20% fat)
  • Some lettuce
  • 2 Slices of turkey ham
Directions
  1. Nothing more simple, cut 8 slices Viking bread, spreadable lightly with butter. Slice the tomatoes and cut the avocado into thin strips. Cut in two slices the ham and make small pieces with lettuce.
  2. Start by put lettuce and ham, avocado and tomatoes. Finish ! If you like it less dry, you may add mayonnaise but it will be more fat, butter is sufficient in my opinion. Although they are hard to eat, they are very good !
