Author Notes: This summer, I’ve been enjoying smoothie bowls for breakfast more than usual. Similar to a smoothie, but once blended, toppings can be added for an enhanced flavour. In addition, this bowl is packed with nutrients and antioxidants. The aloe helps to cleanse the digestive tract and give skin a healthy glow. Avocado and Match take this smoothie to a whole new level with its immune boosting properties and anti aging properties while hemp seeds provide essential amino acids needed for optimal health.Elli D.

Serves: 1-2

  • 1/2 piece Avocado
  • 1 piece Fresh Aloe
  • 2 pieces Fresh Mint
  • 1/2 piece Lime
  • 1/2 cup Apple
  • 1 handful Pistachio
  • 1 handful Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 handful Green Grapes
  • 1 handful Hemp Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Tea
  1. 1. In a blender, add avocado, aloe, mint, kiwi, matcha, lime and apple. 2. Blend ingredients well together. 3. Pour the mixture in a bowl. 4. Add pistachios, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and green grapes. Bon Appetit!
