Ingredients

Raisins

1/4 cup
Dark Rum

1-1/4 cups
Heavy cream

2/3 cup
Condensed milk

1 tablespoon
Vanilla extract
Directions

Soak raisins in rum for one hour.

Mix cream, condensed milk, and vanilla together with a whisk or hand mixer.

Fold in rum and raisins.

Pour into freezer container and freeze overnight.
