- 1 Kg mussels
- 500 grams clams
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 piece garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- sea salt
- fresh parsley
- Place all the ingredients except the shellfish and parsley, in a mortar and pestle or a blender and mash so that everything is well mixed.
- Steam the mussels and clams (separately) in a little hot water, until the shells open. approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
- Drain but keep half a glass of the water. Mix the water with the mustard sauces and pour over the shells.
- Sprinkle on top some chopped parsley.
