grams clams

dry mustard

olive oil

lemons (juice)

dry oregano

fresh parsley
Directions

Place all the ingredients except the shellfish and parsley, in a mortar and pestle or a blender and mash so that everything is well mixed.

Steam the mussels and clams (separately) in a little hot water, until the shells open. approximately 4 to 5 minutes.

Drain but keep half a glass of the water. Mix the water with the mustard sauces and pour over the shells.

Sprinkle on top some chopped parsley.
