Serves: 4

  • 1 Kg mussels
  • 500 grams clams
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 piece garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • fresh parsley
  1. Place all the ingredients except the shellfish and parsley, in a mortar and pestle or a blender and mash so that everything is well mixed.
  2. Steam the mussels and clams (separately) in a little hot water, until the shells open. approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Drain but keep half a glass of the water. Mix the water with the mustard sauces and pour over the shells.
  4. Sprinkle on top some chopped parsley.
