Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 300 grams ground almonds
  • 100 grams butter
  • 4 tablespoons whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Directions
  1. Set oven to 180°C.
  2. In a food processor blend the ground almonds, 1 banana (just the fruit) butter, yogurt, eggs and honey.
  3. Slice the other banana into slithers.
  4. Grease a baking tray with coconut oil and evenly place the cake mixture.
  5. Place the sliced banana on top, creating your desired pattern.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
