Author Notes: I bought slices of hake at the market of Arcachon, in France and I prepared with a lot of herbs, tomatoes from the garden of my grandfather and just a bit of olive oil. It was delicious with potatoes in water (also from the garden of my grandfather).Mary Devinat

Serves 4

  • 4 pieces Hake
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Chives
  • Parsley
  • 4 teaspoons Olive oil
  • Potato (to accompany)
  1. Cut 4 large squares on the baking paper. Place slices of hake on each of them. Salt and pepper.
  2. Chop tomatoes, chives and parsley. Place them on fish (as pictured above). Add a drizzle of olive oil over (no more than one teaspoon per serving).
  3. It’s simple, delicious and low in calories! There’s nothing but good. It’s totally “healthy”.
