Author Notes

I bought slices of hake at the market of Arcachon, in France and I prepared with a lot of herbs, tomatoes from the garden of my grandfather and just a bit of olive oil. It was delicious with potatoes in water (also from the garden of my grandfather). —Mary Devinat
