Papillote of hake

Author Notes: I bought slices of hake at the market of Arcachon, in France and I prepared with a lot of herbs, tomatoes from the garden of my grandfather and just a bit of olive oil. It was delicious with potatoes in water (also from the garden of my grandfather). —Mary Devinat
Serves 4
- 4 pieces Hake
- 2 Tomatoes
- Chives
- Parsley
- 4 teaspoons Olive oil
- Potato (to accompany)
- Cut 4 large squares on the baking paper. Place slices of hake on each of them. Salt and pepper.
- Chop tomatoes, chives and parsley. Place them on fish (as pictured above). Add a drizzle of olive oil over (no more than one teaspoon per serving).
- It’s simple, delicious and low in calories! There’s nothing but good. It’s totally “healthy”.
