I bought slices of hake at the market of Arcachon, in France and I prepared with a lot of herbs, tomatoes from the garden of my grandfather and just a bit of olive oil. It was delicious with potatoes in water (also from the garden of my grandfather). —Mary Devinat

Hake

Tomatoes

Chives

Parsley

4 teaspoons
Olive oil

Potato (to accompany)
Directions

Cut 4 large squares on the baking paper. Place slices of hake on each of them. Salt and pepper.

Chop tomatoes, chives and parsley. Place them on fish (as pictured above). Add a drizzle of olive oil over (no more than one teaspoon per serving).

It’s simple, delicious and low in calories! There’s nothing but good. It’s totally “healthy”.
