Watermelon/Strawberry Soup Shots

What You'll Need
  • 4 cups Cubed and seeded watermelon
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Basalmic Vinegar
  1. Cut the Watermelon in half and scoop out the inside and measure out the 4 cups into a blender or preferably a Vitamix. Completely liquify. Add strawberries and ensure fully liquified. Pour into a bowl using a strainer or milk cloth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Pour in shot glasses as an appetizer with a drop of balsamic vinegar atop of each glass.
