Ingredients

4 cups
Cubed and seeded watermelon

1/2 cup
Strawberries
-
1 tablespoon
Basalmic Vinegar
Directions

Cut the Watermelon in half and scoop out the inside and measure out the 4 cups into a blender or preferably a Vitamix. Completely liquify. Add strawberries and ensure fully liquified. Pour into a bowl using a strainer or milk cloth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Pour in shot glasses as an appetizer with a drop of balsamic vinegar atop of each glass.
