Ingredients

Whip the egg yolks and joins him, sugar and becomes a hit.Slowly, add flour, milk and finally the zest lemon peel.
After all hit, it takes a simmer, stirring constantly.
When the cream is thick, allow to cool slightly, then blend in the egg whites gently.

Pour the prepared clay in a deep dish or small ramekins, as I did in this recipe.
If sprinkle of cinnamon as well and go to the oven to bake at 200 ° C. for about 20 minutes, or until small cracks open.

Serve with plums in syrup (cooked plums in light syrup).
