Serves 8

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon, Juice and zest
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  1. Grate the carrots finely. Cut the apples into thin slices and mix with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix the eggs with a little milk.
