Makes 4 cups +
2 cups imitation crab, 2 green onions
- 2 cups imitation crab diced
- 2 pieces green onions finely chopped
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup mango diced, or any other similar fruit
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- chopped as directed an mixed altogether
yogurt, garlic powder, sour cream
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- cream all these ingredients together and fold through first set of ingredients
- cover and refrigerate, serve on crackers or mini pitas
