Author Notes: San Francisco made Bummer & Lazarus Gin with fresh blood orange juice, simple syrup, and sparking water for this refreshing cocktail.First We Eat

Makes: 1 cocktail

  • 2.5 ounces Bummer & Lazarus Gin
  • 1.5 ounces Freshly Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 4 ounces Sparkling Water
  1. Combine the Bummer & Lazarus Gin, blood orange juice, simple syrup and one ice cube in a cocktail shaker and shake gently a few times. Strain into your serving glass and top off with fizzy water and a slice of blood orange for garnish.
