Tzatziki Sauce

Author Notes: for Mediterranean Lamb Burger with Feta CheeseEditorial Staff

Makes: 2 cups

  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Large Cucumbers (Peeled, Seeded and Diced)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (Minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  1. Combine all and mix well.
  2. Store up to 1 week in fridge.
