Author Notes

My Son loves tacos, over the years the price of tortillas have gone up. So I have decided to make my own. My wife drinks the kool-aide so to speak, working at Whole Foods and all. I started using butter but i realized that shortening is better, Luckily there is an Organic Vegetable shortening. —Dominic Brannigan

  1. Combine Flour and salt in bowl. Rub the shortening into the flour with your hands, slowly add water, and kneed dough till you have a smooth ball. Separate into 12 equal balls.
