Serves: 1

  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop protein
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup soy or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  1. In a blender, mix banana, protein, chia seeds, cinnamon, milk, and ice together. Pour into a cup and serve!
