Mango flesh with coconut milk and a twist of lime. —Concetta Smith

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 13.5 ounces 1 can light or regular coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 14 ounces frozen mango flesh (usually one package)
  • 4 ounces rum or 5 oz.coconut rum
  • 1 lime- 1/2 for juice and 1/2 garnish
Directions
  1. Place rum, coconut milk, almond milk, 1/2 lime juice and mango flesh in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into serving container or glasses. Add one lime slice for each glass as garnish. Drink. Enjoy.

Thanks for the tip BJ. I'll make note on the recipe, good advice. I love coconut, but the flavored alcohol can be sweet as you mentioned. I make this all the time in the summer without the alcohol too, and it's just as tasty!

This sounds delicious but the rum to other ingredients sound a little light. I don't like the liquor to over power the the other ingredients especially in a a blended drink but coconut rum tends to have less alcohol content anyway. perhaps 1.5 oz of rum would be a better blend.
