ounces 1 can light or regular coconut milk
cups almond milk unsweetened
ounces frozen mango flesh (usually one package)
ounces rum or 5 oz.coconut rum
lime- 1/2 for juice and 1/2 garnish
- Place rum, coconut milk, almond milk, 1/2 lime juice and mango flesh in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into serving container or glasses. Add one lime slice for each glass as garnish. Drink. Enjoy.
