I love using jam to flavor cocktails. After all, who doesn’t have a random jar of jam in their fridge? I have about six. They’re such a quick and fun way to add a little flavor to a classic cocktail without any additional work on your part, aside from opening the jar and finding a spoon. Here, I've used some local peach jam to jazz up a Moscow Mule. —foxeslovelemons

Ingredients
  • 4 teaspoons peach jam
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • Ice
  • 12 ounces ginger beer
  • 2 lime wedges
Directions
  1. In each mug, stir 2 teaspoons jam and 1-1/2 ounces vodka until jam is dissolved in vodka. Fill mugs with ice; top off each mug with ginger beer. Squeeze a wedge of lime into each mug and serve immediately.
