Pina Colada-burg, aka the Coconut Pete

Makes: 1 cocktail


  • 1.5 ounces coconut rum
  • .5 ounces amaretto
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • pineapple juice

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice. Combine coconut rum, amaretto, and bitters in a shaker with fresh ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into highball glass and top off with pineapple juice. Garnish with lime and cherry.
