Serves: 2-4

  • 1/2 pound fresh sashimi grade octopus legs, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup baby tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Momoya brand kimchee base sauce
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tablespoon roasted white sesame seeds
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
