Author Notes: Be careful with these, and err on the side of too little cassis. You can always add more, but if you start with too much, it's like cherry soda!Food52

Serves: 6


  • 3 tablespoons creme de cassis
  • 750 milliliters good Champagne
  • 6 sprigs (twists) lemon


  1. Fill the bottom of 6 Champagne glasses with 1/2 tablespoon creme de cassis. Pop open a bottle of champagne and divide among the glasses. The color of the drink will be a sunset pink. Garnish with lemon twists.
