Be careful with these, and err on the side of too little cassis. You can always add more, but if you start with too much, it's like cherry soda! —Food52

creme de cassis

750 milliliters
good Champagne

6 sprigs
(twists) lemon
Directions

Fill the bottom of 6 Champagne glasses with 1/2 tablespoon creme de cassis. Pop open a bottle of champagne and divide among the glasses. The color of the drink will be a sunset pink. Garnish with lemon twists.
