Author Notes: This recipe comes from Eric Prum and Josh Williams of Mason Shaker -- it's adapted from their new book, Shake. When we don't want to feel like it's the dead of winter outside, this is what we make. It takes us away. Food52

I've been making this for months, without a recipe, since the one day that I didn't have enough limes but had an extra grapefruit lying around. It's the absolute best!

Absolutely delicious. I used ghost pepper salt, and the contrast between sweet and salty is wonderful
