Banana chai smoothie with fresh ginger


Author Notes: This "smoothie" is really more like a milkshake. Very rich, although you can vary this with the milk that you use.bronxbaker

Makes 2 very large servings

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pinch cloves
  • 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy.
