Makes 2 very large servings
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pinch cloves
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy.
