Serves: 2


  • 2 ounces Bulleit Bourbon
  • 3/4 ounce Cynar
  • 1/2 ounce Cherry Heering
  • Lemon or orange peel, to garnish
In This Recipe


  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice, and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon or orange peel.

I have all the ingredients. I made the cocktail and found it hard to identify any. It seems unclear. I won't make it again. I prefer cynar with gin, I guess. Even alone. It is an amazing bitter hit.
