I am on a paleo coffee breakfast kick.. I decided to make this one pumpkin coffee and pumpkin puree. I even brought some to my Crossfit Box and let my box makes sample. It was a hit.... —Cindy Anschutz

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Pumpkin Coffee, Organic
  • 1 14.5 ounce can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, organic
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • 1 Scoop SFH Vanilla Protein
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients in your Vitamix blender to combine well. Pour into a container or your to-go mug or keep in the blender overnight.
  2. Shake before enjoying after your WOD or your breakfast to go!
