Author Notes: I am on a paleo coffee breakfast kick.. I decided to make this one pumpkin coffee and pumpkin puree. I even brought some to my Crossfit Box and let my box makes sample. It was a hit.... —Cindy Anschutz
- 2 cups Pumpkin Coffee, Organic
- 1 14.5 ounce can coconut milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, organic
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- 1 Scoop SFH Vanilla Protein
- Add all ingredients in your Vitamix blender to combine well. Pour into a container or your to-go mug or keep in the blender overnight.
- Shake before enjoying after your WOD or your breakfast to go!
