Solbar’s cocktail program, lead by Sommelier and Beverage Manager Scott Turnbull, features seasonal, artisanal cocktails crafted with the freshest herbs and homemade syrups and tinctures. This classic, hot drink is very simple to celebrate with and make in your very own home! —Solbar
- 3 ounces Breakfast tea
- 1 ounce Honey
- 2 ounces Makers Mark
- 2 Lemon Slices
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- Bring your water to a boil when preparing your tea
- Add honey and cloves to the bottom of a heat-protected glass or mug
- Squeeze the lemon into the drink and twist a strip of lemon peel over the drink
- Stir in your honey until the honey is melted
