Healthy chicken marinade

January 6 . Hate the diet but love the chicken. —cookbooksareforeveryone

  • Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 3 limes juiced
  • 2 strips of jalapeño
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons grated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried lemongrass or one stalk fresh
  • 1 teaspoon salt & pepper

Directions
  1. puree in blender
  2. marinate for at least 4 hours up to 24 6 skinless (bone in)chicken thighs 1 large whole skinless breast(bone in) cut into 4 pieces
  3. bring to room temp before grilling for about 1/2 hour
