- 5 tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 3 limes juiced
- 2 strips of jalapeño
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons grated garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried lemongrass or one stalk fresh
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
- puree in blender
- marinate for at least 4 hours up to 24 6 skinless (bone in)chicken thighs 1 large whole skinless breast(bone in) cut into 4 pieces
- bring to room temp before grilling for about 1/2 hour
