A simple baked egg in a white bread ramekin —Ben Treanor
Ingredients

2 pieces
white bread with crusts removed

2
Free range eggs
-
1 pinch
Salt & pepper
Directions

Lightly grease a muffin tin with butter and line with bread strips ensuring there are no gaps.
-
Crack, the egg into the bread, season with salt & pepper and bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 10 minutes pr until the white is cooked and the yolk runny.
