Author Notes: A simple baked egg in a white bread ramekin Ben Treanor

Serves: 1

  • 2 pieces white bread with crusts removed
  • 2 Free range eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt & pepper
  1. Lightly grease a muffin tin with butter and line with bread strips ensuring there are no gaps.
  2. Crack, the egg into the bread, season with salt & pepper and bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 10 minutes pr until the white is cooked and the yolk runny.
