Ingredients

strawberries

1/2 cup
rolled oats

1 tablespoon
ground flax

1 tablespoon
honey
-
1/2 teaspoon
lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon
lemon zest

1/4 teaspoon
ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon
unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions

Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth

Alternately, add the oats to the blender first and grind them fine. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth
