Just freeze a persimmon overnight (or more – mine was there for 2 weeks!).
Pull it out of the freezer a few minutes before serving. Cut out the cap and serve with a spoon.
Done! You have a wonderful, sweet, healthy persimmon Sorbetto (sorbet)!
