What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 potato
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions
  1. Wash Potatoes, Dry off, Place 2 wooden spoons on each side of the potato. With a sharp knife slice potato down to the spoon 1/4" slices down the whole length of the potato. slightly fan out. Drizzle with olive oil and fav spices.
  2. Bake one hour at 350
