Serves 2

  • 1 unripe mango, julienned
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 2 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • fresh cilantro, chopped
  • salt
  1. In bowl mix lime juice, oil and salt; add mango, red pepper, red onion and cilantro.Mix.
  2. Chill before serving
