- 1 bag, avocado ( 5 small )
- 1 meyer lemon , juice
- 2 cups cups cashew milk
- 1 cup cashew sour cream
- 1 teaspoon chilpotle sauce
- himalayan pink salts and white pepper
- Place everything in blender, or if you lucky and you have Vitamix
- Blend on high for about a minute until smooth and creamy.
- Serve chilled .
