Serves 4

  • 1 bag, avocado ( 5 small )
  • 1 meyer lemon , juice
  • 2 cups cups cashew milk
  • 1 cup cashew sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon chilpotle sauce
  • himalayan pink salts and white pepper
  1. Place everything in blender, or if you lucky and you have Vitamix
  2. Blend on high for about a minute until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve chilled .
