A little less sweet and a lot more flavorful than the classic G&T! —sweetheart

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Gin
  • 2 ounces Earl Grey tea, chilled (2 tea bags or loose tea)
  • 4 ounces Tonic
  • Lime peel for garnish
Directions
  1. Boil 10 ounces of water and steep two Earl Grey tea bags in the water until the water has reached room temperature (we want it strong). Take out the tea bags (or strain if it is loose tea) and refrigerate.
  2. Mix the gin, chilled tea, and tonic. Pour over ice and serve with a lime peel.
  3. This recipe is good with other teas with floral tones like Lady Grey.
