Author Notes: For a unique take on your average mashed potatoes, try out this quick-mash version that gets its amazing creaminess from refreshing tzatziki. —Cava Grill
- 5-6 large potatoes, we prefer Yukon Gold
- 3/4 cup Cava Foods Tzatziki
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Peel potatoes and toss them into the water. Add salt and cook until fork-tender. Drain potatoes and roughly smash them. Stir in tzatziki, butter, and milk.
- Stir everything together, season with salt and pepper, and adjust the tzatziki and milk quantities to your taste. Garnish with fresh dill.
