Green bean salad

What You'll Need
  • 1 pound green beans, trim off the tips and cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add green beans and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl, where you first whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and black pepper.
  3. Serve at room temperature.
