Pearl spot fish rub with masala

A simple Kerala(India) fish recipe try with fillet fish like halibut or grouper —pauljoseph

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Directions
  1. mix all the above ingredients with water and make a ball and then rub over the fish and pan grill in little oil.
