Fried Fish (a Kerala Jewish recipe)

Adopted from Mrs.Queenie Halegua she explained this recipe few years back when we visited their home in Mattanchery,Kerala —pauljoseph

  • Serves 6
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • 2'' Ginger
  • 1 piece Green chili
  • 4 pieces Shallot
  • 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaf few
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Grind all the above Ingredient and make a paste.
  2. Lightly fry the fish fillet marinated with salt and turmeric.
  3. Spread the Grind masala paste over the fish garnish with cherry tomato and serve.
