Looking for a delicious and gorgeous way to start the day?! Well I have the perfect dish for you. I love using different colored grapefruit and oranges for this dish to make it extra pretty. —Blakely

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Grapefuit
  • 1 Clementine
  • 5 Mint Leaves, sliced thin
  • Honey
Directions
  1. Start off by cutting your citrus. Cut off the top and the bottom and set upright. With your knife follow the natural curve of the citrus, making sure to cut off all the white pith. Once you have all the pith cut off I like to cut it in rounds and put on my serving platter.
  2. To the top of that I add fresh pomegranate seeds, chopped fresh mint, and a drizzle of honey to sweeten the dish.
