Easy to make, you can use this recipe to make any type of ice cream with different jams. —anka
Ingredients

can ( 400 ml or 13.5 fl. oz ) coconut cream

1/2 cup
plum jam
Directions

Mix coconut cream and jam. Keep in freezer for 2 hours.

Pour mixture into ice-cream maker; process according to manufacturer instructions.

Transfer to a plastic container and freeze for 3-4 hours
