Author Notes: Sugar and spices: that’s all you need for the coffee syrup that will give that fancy touch to your #winterbrunch!
I made this interesting and wonderful spice combo:

Makes 1 cup

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  1. Bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring occasionally, than cook for 2-3 minutes, over medium/high heat.
  2. Add spices, stir, let cool and fill in a nice jar/bottle!
  3. Place it next to coffee and milk: your guests will know what to do! Enjoy your Fancy Brunch!
